Service delivery
Digital Service Delivery Policy
FreelanceOS is an online software service. This policy explains what is delivered, when access normally begins, and what to do if account or paid-plan access is delayed.
Effective 12 August 2026 · Last updated 26 August 2026 · Version 1.1
1. Digital service only
FreelanceOS is delivered electronically through a secured online account. We do not sell or ship physical goods under a FreelanceOS subscription, and there are no shipping, courier, freight, or physical-delivery charges.
2. Free workspace access
A Free workspace is normally available as soon as account creation and the required email verification are complete. A user who completes authenticated Google sign-in has a provider-verified email and can continue after finishing the workspace setup step.
3. Paid-plan activation
Paid access is normally activated after the selected payment provider confirms the hosted checkout, trial, or first successful charge and FreelanceOS processes the verified provider event. A return to the FreelanceOS website by itself is not proof that payment or activation succeeded.
Activation usually completes within a few minutes, but provider processing or delayed event delivery can take longer. Please contact support if the paid plan shown in your workspace has not updated within 24 hours after a confirmed successful payment.
4. What delivery includes
- access to the web application through the registered account;
- the plan limits and features shown for the active subscription;
- online updates made available during the subscription term; and
- digital help and support channels described on the Contact page.
Delivery does not include a physical package, installation media, printed licence, hardware, or an offline copy of the hosted service.
5. Delivery problems
For missing or delayed access, email support@freelanceos.app from the account email. Include the workspace name, plan, payment date, and provider payment reference. Do not send passwords, OTPs, full card details, bank credentials, or secret keys.
6. Availability and related policies
Access can be affected by planned maintenance, security controls, account suspension, internet connectivity, or third-party provider availability. Cancellation and refund eligibility are described separately in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Our Terms and Conditions also apply.
